Powercolor non pro Radeon 9700 ??? is clocked normally??

Hi , I have question abou this Powercolor especially radeon 9700 card. If it has ati clock speed of 275\540, I have heard in this forum before a few months that this card is underclocked against official 9700 radeon, is it true or not??? I am really interested in this card, because it has best price here in Slovakia. Thankie a lot for any advice
 
All 9700 non-pro have a standard clocking of 275/540.

yup, ok, thaks a lot, but I have heard that many people have purchased these cards and they received underclocked versions, below specifications of standard 9700 clocks, but if it`s true that it has clock frequencies on 275\540 it is best bang for the buck in this country, COOL
 
The only Radeon that I've heard people complain about the clock of is the Powercolor 9700 Pro. I've read a couple of people who claim that it was clocked lower than 310/325, however I haven't seen this officially reported.
 
The retail version of this card is clocked like this. There seem to be slower versions around that are OEM ware, not meant to appear on retail shelves. Make it clear with your vendor that you want the retail product, and if they don't deliver, return.
