POWERCOLOR ATI Radeon's Any good?

Can anyone tell me if the Powercolor ATI Radeon's are any good?

I read this article recommending the X800 GTO 256mb and I found a nice price on a Powercolor one:

Powercolor has been around for a long time. The have a modest 2 year warranty and a slow RMA service. Purchase it from a reputable vendor with a top notch 1 year RMA (Newegg), or get a different brand such as Sapphire. It's a shame that ATI vendors can't seem to offer Lifetime warranties with quick turnaround times.

I've had several PowerColor cards over the last few years. I always found the quality to be just as good as the BBA cards if not better. I have no reservations buying them if the price is right.
