Powercolor 9800 Pro

I'm thinking about buying one, but i know nothing about it ATM really, and can't seem to find many user opinions on them. So educate me =p
 
Best buy has the retail one for 300 after a 50 dollar mir. The powercolor ones are more like 9800 pro lites as they come on the 9700 pcb and with the older heatsink. Im not sure if there clock or memory speed is different though and i guess that is what really matters.
 
I've read people say that in the past Powercolor has released cards with clock speeds lower than the industry standards. It may be FUD but make sure you know the specs before you pony up for one.
