Powercolor 9600XT Ultra vs. Sapphire 9600XT

Which would be a better choice, a Powercolor Radeon 9600XT Ultra or a Sapphire Tech Radeon 9600XT? The 9600XT Ultra is just $4 more, but the memory speed of the Powercolor is 680MHz compared to 600MHz for the Sapphire Tech. I've never worked with a Powercolor card, so I wasn't sure about the quality.

Get the Fireblade version of the Sapphire R9600 XT which is clocked at 500mhz core/650mhz memory. With it being the Fireblade version it's officially ready for a speed boost to 532mhz from 500mhz using Overdrive.

Go for the 680MHz. I got one at those speeds, and while I can't get 1MHz over (my inner over overclocker is crying), if I underclock the memory to 600MHz, there is a noticeable difference.
