Powerbook and ibook question

I'm pretty much set for a 14" ibook, just two more questions:

is the display as used in the 12" models the same in powerbook and ibook? Is the 14" display of the same quality?

Does the ibook's radeon 9200 with the Apple drivers do dual-head with the internal display and the mini-DVI port? Apple isn't entirely clear on this.

What are good Apple notebook forums, BTW? apple.com seems to be not techheady enough and overmoderated by Apple.

I'm not positive, but i believe that dual-head is disabled in the iBook. If i remember right, there is a workaround available. The 14" displays in the iBook is very nice. It's not as nice as the 15" Powerbook's, but the main difference between the two is the Powerbook's higher resolution. My favorite Mac sites are Macrumors and MacNN. Both have good forums.
