Power window issues/remote unlock issues, where should I look?

I have a Ford Windstar and the driver window and rear passenger window will not rollup/down. The windows are electric, and when I hit the button I can hear a clicking sound but of course nothing happens. i looked at every fuses and none appear to be blown. The clicking noise sounds like it is coming from under the dash somewhere.

The driver side door and the passenger door will not unlock when I hit the unlock button, I have to do it manually for both doors, yet again I hear the noise but nothing.

You're going to have to get into the doors by removing the trim pads.

The clicking you are hearing is the relay. Current is getting to the relay, you have to determine if it's getting to the motors and actuators. Motor in the case of the windows and actuators in the case of the door locks.

If you're getting current at them, and you have a good ground circuit, it's the motor or actuator depending on which you're working on.

If you have no current at the motor it's either the wiring between the relay and the motor or the relay itself.

If it's easy to get to the relays, you can check for current on the output side when pressing the switch. Should be easier to do that first than to start tearing into the doors.

Just reread your post for the third time. This sounds like it could be a grounding issue. Too many things not working at once. Too much of a coincidence. Did this come on suddenly, or did they progressively quit working?

If suddenly, I'd guess a bad ground connection. Now where that would be is the question. Without a wiring diagram or someone very knowledgeable about that specific vehicle, your guess is as good as mine.
