Power washer won't build pressure?

Hello to All,
I have a Craftsman power washer that won't build pressure, it just let's the source pressure through the systems. I have replaced all the check valves in the valve body and cleaned the pressure valve and it still doesn't work.

Any other suggestions or ideas?

Does it have a wand? Maybe the sprayer needs work? Isn't that where a lot of the pressure is built up?

Check the wand, sometimes the tip is set to low power. try it in many different positions

It's not the wand, I have cleaned it and the water does come out but at the same rate it goes in.
