Power Usage

Is there any software to monitor the exact amount of current used for each line from the power supply? I occassionally encouner system instability during heavy gaming and I want to know if this is caused by my system putting a strain on the power supply.

There is no software to measure the amps per rail like you want. You need a multimeter like this:

I know my BIOS has a readout of current draws at any specific time, but it doesn't do you much good once you've already booted up into Windows. (For reference, mine is a Shuttle AK31A)
