I have everything plugged in on my first build, or so I hope. Now should I only plug in the main power plug just to see if any of lights blink meaning somethings not plugged right.

Any help would be great, Im excited about this.
 
make sure eveything is plugged into your motherboard then go over & recheck all the connections again ,once that's done plug the PSU to the wall socket & push that switch. 🙂

YES!! It turned on, and stayed on with NO strange light patterns anywhere.

So now I should go ahead and plug in the monitor,keyboard, mouse, etc?
