Power Together items shipped!!!... but still need a download?

Hello all,

I just received a package from microsoft with a shipping paper listing the included item as OFFICE 12 EVAL. But, inside was just a folder for a cd with a product key inside! I'm not complaining (I got free software ) but, I thought that a cd, manual, etc was going to be sent with it. Am I wrong? Have others received their Power Together stuff yet?

You go to officepro2007download.com (think that's the linK) and download. Then in the sleeve is your activation key.

Yeah. I'm downloading it right now. So, that's all it is? Oh well. Cant complain. It's free AND legit software. It's all good. Who reads manuals anyways?

You could look in the lengthy thread already going on in Hot Deals where you would see that all copies of Vista came on DVD, while Office was only a download.
