On my mobo and case I have the following:

Power SW
Power LED +
Power LED -
HDD LED
Reset

This is my mobo: (X9DA7 supermicro)

http://www.manualslib.com/manual/625011/Supermicro-X9da7.html?page=45#manual

It doesn't say anything about Power LED + or - or Power SW. Can anyone help me?

I sure see mention of Power LED and Power SW in your linked manual page.

Your power led are pins #16 and #15, counting from the top left, pin #20---referencing the diagram at the bottom of the page. Cleverly labeled Power LED. (I'd wager pin #16 is the ground while pin #15 is the +. And I'm almost sure all the even numbered pins, those on the left, are grounds while the odd pins, the right set, are the + pins.)

Power switch are pins #1 and #2, the bottom pair of pins. Cleverly labeled as PWR, Power button.

As for the power LED, if you put the case header connector onto its proper pins and it doesn't light up, reverse how you attached it, meaning put which ever wire was on pin #16 onto pin #15, and vice versa. LED's won't work unless they get the proper + and - feed in the proper wires.
