Power surge when installing win200... now errors

just got my 6400 server... and I am trying to install win2000. Some reason it's not seeing the hard drive. Power cord and scsi cord are connected fine. Am I missing something? Thanks

OK, I loaded the scsi drivers and all worked perfect... until the power in my entire house surged for a slipt second and all my PCs rebooted. Now when I try to install win200 I get an error messaage "error loading operating system"... I am botting from cd.

Any thoughts?
