when i started pc monitor was showing check signal cable thn i changed my monitor cable no help thn switched off the main plug thn agin on thn started on bios said power surge was detected on previous Power on" press f1 to setup plz help thnx

Yeah, and what happens after you exit? Will it boot?

If not, try resetting the CMOS jumper.

Do You have a AC kicking on and off on the same circuit? Is your computer on a battery backup of some kind? Anything can cause a power spike, how old is your computer power supply and what brand/model is it?

As SpeedTester, it could be anything, a short in the power supply, your wall outlet, or any part in the computer. Does this happen alot?

If you are concerned, you might want to start with a good battery backup with AVR.

na just i1st time occured my psu is seasonic x650 +80 plus gold when power goes off i run on inverter but this surge happned on normal not on battery

The word 'surge' can mean too little current, a high voltage on AC mains, a low voltage on DC lines, too much current drawn by a connected device, etc. The word 'context' applies. Unfortunately, many see 'surge', remember what advertising said, then recommend that bogus product.

A most probable problem is best identified by using a meter. A tool that even sells in some stores for less than $10. Ask for directions. Touch six wires. Report those numbers. Then the problem is identified without any confusion or wild speculation.

That is one game plan. Another is to just start replacing good parts until the computer works properly. Many parts inside a computer could cause your symptoms.
