power supply

hi all,
i'm planning to build a new machine, which will have :

P4 2.53 Ghz
WD 100 GB , 8MB
crucial 512MB pc2700
PNY ti4600 video card
Sound and LAN from board D845PEBT2

last nite i went ot bestbuy, i found the antec SX835II on clearance for $40, the case come with a 350 watt power supply.
i 'm wondering if this power will be enough for the system or not?
its said on the box that its a smart power!! what does that mean?

I just checked with BestBuy and they confirmed that the Antec SX835II was on clearance for $67.93. What state are you in and what BestBuy did you see it for $40???
