If I upgrade to a AMD T-Bird 1.2g and Iwill KK266-R can I use the PSU
in my Fong Kai 603. Its only 250W.
 
I have heard of this working if you do not have many case fans or other devices (CDRW, DVD, etc.), but I personally would not go below 300W. Even if you do not have that many devices now, you may want to upgrade in the future and then you would want a new power supply anyway. I say, 300W+.

Get a 300 watt to be safe. You can run an Athlon on 100watt supply with a hard drive and a cdrom, but thats it. I know I do it all the time. Im getting a 300wat psu though!
