Power Supply ?????

What is the correct power supply for an Intel 933 or 1g chip running on a Asus CUSL2-c motherboard. I wanted to use a 300w ps and I have seen power supplies with the 2.01 & 2.03 compliance listed. What is the difference and which is the proper standard to use with this board.
Any help will do, before i look for a case.

Solid PS, can't tell you about the 2.01 or 2.03 thing though.

I think that the 2.03 spec psu has an extra connector to compliment the new P4 motherboards. both specs should work with your board!
a 300W psu should more than suffice for your needs unless you have alot of power hungry pieces of hardware!
