Power Supply

I have a power supply right now that is excellent in my computer. It is an Antec TruPower 350W and I was wondering do you think it would be enough power for the Gigabyte GA-K8NSNXP-939 and a Athlon 64 2800+? Or is it a good idea to purchase a new power supply?
