Power supply won't turn on

I had my computer running fine for a while (2 months). Today I selected restart in the 98 menu and whenever it was trying to restart i manually turned it off. Ever since then my computer won't turn on. No power at all. I tried it in a bunch of outlets, no dice. What's the problem?
 
i had the similar problem few days ago , the CPU turned down by itself due to overheating while i was using, n i could not turn it on after that . then i switch to a new powersupply n it start to function back .. i suggest u buy a cooling fan too
