Power Supply (Which One?)

Hello there Guys, I actually have already bought a new Power Supply for my new rig that I am building and it's Corsair HX620W. The Rig isn't even done yet and today I noticed some clicking noises in the PS. So I opened it up and looked around. I didn't see anything crazy. Also no smell either. I also noticed that after a while the noise goes away. I am a bit worried about this PS. It might not be anything big, but I don't want to take that chance. So this is where you guys come in. I wanna buy another PS just in case this one does go down.

My Requirements for PS: 620 watts Plus, Modular PS and My budget is $200 and Below.

My Quick New Rig SYS Info:

Intel 45-nm Quad-Core Based Processor
Asus Maxumis Formula SE Motherboard
2X Rom drives (Blu-Ray Rom and DVD Burner)
4GB Plus Ram
1 Raptor X HD (But Total of 3 - 4 HD)
Nvidia 9600GT Graphic Card
Asus PCI-E Sound Card (D2X)

Sorry for the quick Sys info, but that should be good enough info I believe for you guys to help me out. So can you guys recommend me some Good SYS Power Supply. Thx for all the help!

P.S. Fusion

Why dont you RMA the PSU you have?

because he opened it and corsair probably won't take it back now.

Teh corsair is a seasonic OEMed unit with better component selection and it's prettier, I'd say get another one and if it's making funny noises RMA it.

Well one of the ones I would recommend is the Corsair HX620...you should have just RMAed it if you were sure it was the PSU making the noise....you can always still try, the worst they can do is tell you no.

Exactly what I was going to recommend and also say. I'd RMA it, if you think it's the PSU. The worst thing is that you'll be out the shipping cost, but will know for sure if the PSU was acting funny or if it was something else. I would also wonder if one of your fans was making the noise and then the noise only goes away after the bearings warm up. Don't know for sure though, so you might need to do some more troubleshooting to rule that out.
