Power supply wattage

I'm looking for a good power supply, one that would be able to handle an Athlon 1.33ghz (which I plan on OCing to 1.5+), a substantial fan, 7200rpm hard drive, and the usual other peripherals. Would a 350W be good enough for this, or do you all recommend about 400W or so?

350w should be fine..but thinking of the future i would go with a 400 or 430. They aren't that expensive right now.
