Power supply voltage question

Currently my +12v is reading at 10.4v while -12v is reading -13.43v. Is this something I should be worried about? My power supply is new and when first installed it was showing just below 12v and nothing more, but yesterday I started to have system crashes so I ran some diagnotics and found the voltage to be where its at.

Voltage values should be within +/-10% of the stated values for each rail. But, it depends on what you are using to determine those values. Software programs are not reliable, you should use a DMM to see what it says. The values that you stated are out of limits, and the system crashes are a red flag.

Using Antec NeoHE 550W and used Sisoftware to check voltage. It was crashing quite a bit yesterday and none today. I did notice lately my computer is taking longer to POST and floppy drive is being searched for no reason even after its disabled in BIOS. My guess is that M/B maybe crapping out, but want to be sure before I spend money buying another one.

Don't buy a motherboard before actually testing the power supply. Since you are using software to do this, try installing SpeedFan, and see what it says.

Software readings tend to be off. If you have a DMM available for use the best way to check your voltages would be to use that.
