I want to upgrade the 300W power supply in my enlight 7237 case. To 400 or 450watts. What is the best power supply and source?

The popular call is enermax. But I personally would rather recommend Sparkle. Check with Price watch and they go like $55.00 for a 350W and $87.00 for 400W.

Sparkle PSs have a great reputation. I still like the Enermax and their 2nd 92mm fan which would come in handy in the small 7237 case you have.

PC Power Cooling Silent power supply line is also a good one, but the price tends to be on a higher range than any other comparable PS.

When it comes to 400w or 450w it really depends on what you're running. For the vast majority of people, 400w is more than enough. Then, again if the 450w is only a few bucks more then I would probably go with that. Enermaxes and Antecs are both nice. I have a 350w Enermax Whipser PS running a system with the bays packed and a bunch of case fans. Check out my rig to see everything I'm running. As andalas mentioned, PC Power and Cooling power supplies are really good, but they'll cost you.

I`ve two Enermax PSUs(350w & 431w) so I would definetly recommend the 431w EG465P-VE for you ,nice long leads and very good quality.
