Hello. So today i left my pc running when i go to work, like always for 3 years. Windows 10 was running and only utorrent in background, thats all. When i back from work i saw black screen just before bios with this:

:"“Power supply surges detected during the previous power on ASUS anti-surge was triggered to protect system from unstable supply unit.”
Press F1 to continue.

After this all working again good. All tests and benchmarks working fine without problems, stress tests passes fine. I am using that psu 3 years without single issue. Never had any restart or bsod or freez. So i am shocked by today issue.

"

So its my power supply gettin faulty? I measure voltages in bios and they are correct +12v 12.0v

One thing. Today in my block was checking electricity meters by electricians. Maybe thats why? Something with this?
And electric fuse was switched in another room in my house.

That's could have something to do with it. In fact, it seems too great a coincidence, that you've never gotten that message before now, and only after someone flipped a breaker. Unless your PSU happened to go faulty at the same time, triggering a short on the AC line (flipping a breaker), and also triggering Asus anti-surge on your mobo.

I would keep an eye on it. If it happens again, I would replace the PSU, because it's probably going.

What PSU, and what's the warranty on it?

Corsair 750 RM have this psu 3 years. You said:"Unless your PSU happened to go faulty at the same time, triggering a short on the AC line (flipping a breaker), and also triggering Asus anti-surge on your mobo."

So its my psu getting faulty ?

Electricity was being worked in your neighborhood and your house fuse was popped. It's pretty clear that there was a surge and your power supply caught it. The bad news, usually most people have desktop computers connected to surge protectors and it looks like if you did... it's not working. So buy a new one. As for your power supply, stress test it. Play a demanding 3D game for an hour or so. If it's fine, nothing smells odd, it's not too hot, then I'd leave it be and buy a new surge protector. Check out thewirecutters for their recommendation. In summary, as long as it is UL listed as a surge protector with a light that surge is working, then you're good.

Last question. That warning:"Power supply surges detected during the previous power on. ASUS anti-surge was triggered to protect system from unstable power supply unit ."

Worried about this from warning:
"...unstable power supply unit..." <-- unstable power supply unit .Its mean i have unstable psu ?

As Razel said, you need to test it.
I also think getting a UPS unit is far better than a surge protector.

When powerloss ( 1 second ) ( due to switch of electric fuse ) is very brief pc will restart or shutdown. ?

My pc get restarted instead of shutdown.Any ideas?

And then that message appear:""“Power supply surges detected during the previous power on ASUS anti-surge was triggered to protect system from unstable supply unit.”
Press F1 to continue"

I ask because i have in bios option AC Power Loss POWER OFF.

When i manually cut power for longer time pc will not boot itself when power back, because i have AC POWER LOSS POWER OFF in bios.
But few days ago when power due to switch of electric fuse was off only for 1 second pc restarts instead of shutdown.

A brownout could cause many different things, in your case, it might have caused a BSOD, and the system rebooted.
This is why a UPS is needed, it will fix most any power issues that you run into.
