7600 GT PCIe does not need additional power so you probably don't have to upgrade your PSU.

I was reading online and it said that it required around 350 watt...

You're reading this online. You don't need a new power supply.

If the current psu is especially loud, almost any new one with a 120mm fan will be quieter. A seasonic 330w or similar would do nicely. Of course, the previous comments assume the current psu is a 'standard' size. Don't be seduced by an inexpensive, relatively high wattage psu.

You would be better off with this combo:
$55-$15 instant ('til 5/25) - $10 MIR = $30!!! Has 30A on the single 12v rail and is >80% efficient too!!
CORSAIR CMPSU-400CX 400W ATX12V V2.2 80 PLUS Certified Compatible with Core i7 Power Supply - Retail

You should be fine with your current PSU, but if you want an upgrade and want something efficient, the Corsair 400cx is hard to beat, especially at the current price!!
