Power Supply Suggestions...

I bought a 350w Ennermax PS about 4 months ago. It was working great up until 2 weeks ago. One day my PC just wouldn't turn on. I opened up my case to see if the light on my motherboard was still lit...and it was 😉 Sooo, I brought out my power supply tester to see if it was dead but everything seemed to check out. I plugged the 20 pin power cable back in, tried to turn it on again and it worked. Now, every time I leave my PC off for an extended period of time(12 hours or more)the power button won't turn my PC on. I have to open up the case, plug in the PS tester, unplug it, then plug the 20 pin connector back into the motherboard and power up my system. Somtimes I have to repeat these steps more than once to get it to work. I know I'm good to go when the fans start to spin.(There is a 4 pin ATX connector and a AUX connector still plugged into the motherboard when I test the main, 20 pin connector. I guess they put out enough juice to get the boot process started.)Does anyone know what could be causing this? Could it be caused by a short in the line or inside the PS somewhere? Maybe a pin could be lose? Or, is my motherboard the problem? Here are my specs:

1.8Ghz P4
Ennermax 350w PS
Asus P4T-E Motherboard
Gerforce3
40GB HDD
SB Live!
NIC
512MB RAM
CDROM
