Power supply sufficient?

I have an Intel p4 2.8c.
mbm5 reports the following (averages) with prime95 running:

vcore @ 1.45
3.3 rail @ 3.25
5 rail @ 4.89
12 rail @ 11.54

My vcore seems low, should I invest in a better PSU?

Those are fine, as long as your comp isn't restarting or shutting off for no reason you shouldn't need to upgrade unless you plan on dropping a Geforce 6800 ultra any time soon.🙂

Would that not present a problem? Should i overvolt then to compensate? I can't change vcores in the bios so I would have to do a volt mod to the cpu.

I wouldn't worry about any of that unless your computer exhibits stability problems. As long as it is operating fine, then all the better. Less voltage = less heat. Therefore, the CPU should last longer than one at standard voltage, in theory.
