Power supply sufficient?

I have a 300W Antec power supply that came with my 2600AMB case -- will it be adequate to run this:
P4 2.6c (865PE motherboard)
1GB PC3200 Mushkin DDR RAM (512x2)
WD 120GB + Maxtor 80GB drives
CDRW
DVD-ROM
ATI Radeon 9100
2 case fans (80mm)

I don't want to buy another power supply if the Antec one that came with the case will be sufficient. Comments?

That antec will be fine.

i think it'll suffice, you may want to make the PSU your next upgrade though, just a thought
