Power Supply Requirements

I want to build myself a cheap slimline PC. However, they almost all include a 200-250W PSU. Will the following specs be too much for 200-250W?

Sempron 2800+ (Socket 754)
1x 512MB stick
1x HDD
qx DVD Burner (Edit)
1x Asus VIA intergrated mainboard.

Nothing very fancy, but I don't want an unstable system.

All help is greatly appreciated 😀
 
You can toss all of the guts of your rig in to this PSU Calc, but you won't even hit 150W at full load with that setup (I also assumed you have a DVD burner and a case fan).
