Power supply recommendations please!

Well, the time has come. The fans on my original 400W Power Supply that came with my case have failed and I am getting occasional crashes more and more frequently. Can you lovely people recommend a good make/model of Power Supply around the 400/450W rating? Antec is the one make which I keep seeing on reviews but I would like some second opinions as well. 🙂

I would like to get a top quality power supply that also has good fans to aid with system cooling - all ideas gratefully received!

Ultra X-Connect is an outSTANDING PSU at a very good price. Very very stable rails with lots of juice, and the fact that you can attatch/detatch power cables as you need/don't need them is great.

I'd personally get a 500w PSU just so you don't need to worry about power no matter what you stick in there later on.

I will be upgrading to a new machine in about 18 months (totally new build) so i want a good quality one but doesn't need to be anything over 400W for my current system. I can't seem to find Fortron at any of the suppliers in the UK that I normally use 🙁
