Power Supply Recommendation?

Hey, I was hoping that someone could recommend me a cheap PSU for my computer.
The current one I have is a "500W" Raidmax P.O.S. (I can't believe it hasn't blown up yet.)

Specs:
Phenom x4 9600@Stock
Biostar A770E
2GB DDR2-533@800 2v
XFX Radeon 4850 512 (485X-YDFC)
2x 160GB IDE drives
1 250GB SATA drive.
No optical drive...
^
LOL

Thanks for reading.

I'll /give/ you (for price of shipping) an Allied AL-C300ATX PSU... but you gotta promise to post a video of what happens when you plug it in and turn it on

I'M JUST KIDDING. I'M EVIL AND I KNOW IT.

Wow you guys are mean...

OP: Newegg has Corsair Builder Series CX430 CMPSU-430CX 430W ATX12V Active PFC Power Supply for $34.99 - 10% off code BTEZZZS23 - $15 Rebate = $16.49 with free shipping. (Found off slickdeals so credit where credit due.) You better hurry if you want that deal.

Why take the chance of getting screwed out of your money on those rebate cards? Nobody does rebates these days.

:colbert: The cheap PS I linked is 680W and shiny gold... Mr. 430W

Thanks for referring me to that corsair. That's a great price even before rebate.
btw when I get a new comp I probably will plug-in a 200W power supply to this one.

Just a word of caution, I am not positive, but from what I have read the Corsair Builder Series PSU's are not anywhere near normal Corsair quality and contain much cheaper internal components. Probably fine, but PSU's are one place I do not like to go too cheap.

If you are okay with rebates and want something under $40, newegg has the Antec Earthwatts 430w for $35 AR, or the OCZ modextreme 500w for $38 AR. Neither are phenomenal, but are pretty decent PSU's.

That's what I've heard as well, but it's probably way better than most POS PSUs out there.
