Power supply recommendation

Hello.

My friend with the following setup is looking for a decent power supply under $60.
He plans to maybe oc a little in the future but not extreme oc-ing. It would be nice to be at least 480w

Any recommendation or any good deals u saw?

Hrm, going cheap on a PSU is not a good idea. If that PSU goes out, parts in the system could go also. I recommend getting one around 90 dollars or so. The Enermax Noistaker is a very good PSU as well as the Seasonic S12 500W.
