i know what the +12v,+5v,+3.3v mean...
but what does the negative side do/mean?
example..
2 power supplies have the exact same rating on the positive side but
are different on the negative side.
one has -12v = 1.0, -5v = 1.0
the other -12v = .5, -5v = . 5
how much of a difference is that going to make on performance??

all reviews/documentation only talk about the positive side, so i'm
really pretty clueless about it.
