No, its not even a true power.

If you want to buy a new PSU, tell me how much your willing to spend and i'll find somthing to run that system.

Monitors are funny like that. My 430 Watt True power 20Amp 12v rail is reading 11.43 ever since I updated to the new version of ASUS Probe. This is also when I went from a K8T800/A64 754 to a A8V 90nm Winchester. My CPU is suppose to be using less voltage, not more. So I figure it's just how my new mobo or monitor is offset.

Eitherway, I would not trust a 350watt PSU with a 6800GT and Barton. Especially if they are not like the true powers that come with 20-24AMP 12v rails that are seperated from the rest of voltage rails.

What's measuring the rail voltage? Even if it's accurate, don't be alarmed, it's not that far off. But the PSU in general is weak. The SmartPower is a good PSU, I own a SP 450W.

The hardware monitoring programs are basically for monitoring any fluctuations only. They do not give you an absolute, and true reading. If you want a true reading , you'll need a multimeter.
