First of all, i'm such a newb, and I didn't even realize it.

Second of all, thank you everyone for your help thus far, and especialyl mechBgon, the guide helped so so much. So, onto the questions.

Just finished building my computer, everything is in, plugged in, etc, so I close it up. Go to plug in the power cable to the PSU, and it pushes back. Then I realize, I didn't put any screws in! So, I look, and I don't see any. So, I put twistie ties to hold that in, so that's not a problem, but I do have a question on that - should there be screws somewhere?

Second/third of all, the options on the back of the PSU.. There's a switch with 115/230, a switch with o/-, and one with H/A/L. I know H/A/L are fan controls for then PSU fan itself, but the other two have me boggled. I've checked the website, aswell as mechBgon's guide, and came up with nothing. Friend said 230 is for europe, and use 115, but shrug, figure i'd ask while i'm here.

Lastly, the fan goes down, right? :)

Would really, really appreciate any and all help, have everything together and ready to go minus this, so i'm sitting here anxious as can be.

Thanks abunch!

1) you should have screws someplace, any PC screws will fit it basically, you only need 2 on diagional corners if you cant find more
2) the 115/230 is the voltage, if you live in the USA, NEVER TURN IT TO 230, 230 is the spec in europe and other places. if you do it will KILL your computer
3) the o/| is the ON/OFF of the power supply |=on, o=pff
4) most times yes teh fan on the CPU blows down but some CPU coolers work the other way

Alright - well, the sticker on the side looks correct with the PSU fan pointing down, so I guess that would be the best idea, huh?

Zalman something7000b, for my 939 3200+. First build, and using a really really crappy computer rightnow, figured i'd splurge alittle bit(Though, I think Watercooling would be closer to splurging than a Zalman :D)

on number 2, if you have a PS set to 230V in the US it wont hurt anything, the system just might now boot up coorectly or wont boot at all....Use to do a alot at school, teacher or another student would switch the PSU to 230V, it was funny to watch the kid figure out why his computer wansnt booting. If you are in europe and set a PSU to 115V watch out, that could fry something.

Thanks abunch for the help! Computer powers on just fine, but it says my BIOS isn't installed and the FastTrak controller doesn't recognize an IDE device, or something. Going to wait and ask acouple friends on AIM about it, since it would be long and drug out here. Thanks again for the help :)
