Power Supply Question

are the truewatt series antec power supplies worth the extra money over an enermax power supply? I just recently built a new rig and popped in a cheap 320w genric psu until I could afford a nice one. Wondering if truewatt antec's are worth the money?

i have no experience w/ the truewatt stuff. but from what i've heard the only real advantage they have over the Enermax's is that they are quieter. but all you need to do is mod the Enermax by popping out the fans and splicing in some Panaflo's. i did it to mine and it's the single best noise reducing project i've done. so if you don't mind the noise get the Enermax, but if noise is a big issue for you than just mod an enermax or get the Antec.

Antec and enermax are both very solid power supplies with the antec sometimes have a little edge on the voltages. I replaced the fans in all of my power supplies with panaflo's and this does indeed make a huge difference.

I have an Antec 380 True and an Enermax 350 and the noise difference is very noticeable. Other than that, I think either one would work fine.
