Power Supply question

Which PowerSupply is quieter:

the PowerMan FSP-300-60BT 300W (also sold as
Sparkle/Fortron/aOpen)

or the Enermax EG351P-VE 330W ??

Need a new one for a new Athlon system and don't like
too much noise.
