Power supply question

These are the specs for my power supply (generic):

Power: 250W
+3.3V 14A
+5V 20A
+12V 8A
+5VSB 1A
-5V 0.5A
-12V 0.5A

Which voltage rail does the CPU run off of? When I do a cold boot at 800MHz it usually wont post the first time. I have to press the reset button and then it usually works. And anything over 800 wont work at all. I'm wondering if my power supply is the problem.

Even if it runs off the +5V one, 20A is barely enough current to run a Duron at much past 700MHz (according to the AMD techdocs). I've been thinking of a new power supply anyway. What do you guys think? Thanks. :)

I am not 100% sure on this but I think it is the 3.3 volt side that runs the CPU. I had a weird problem that my monitor would not come back on out of sleep mode, I had to reboot to get it back on. I replaced my power supply with a 330 watt Enermax power supply and it comes on every time now that may your problem, the power supply.
