Power Supply Question

I currently have a 6600gt OC'ed in my Shuttle XPC SN85G4V3 and I'm thinking of doing one last AGP upgrade with the AIW X800XT. But the problem is the power supply in mine is only 250watts (with +12v@16A). I know the X800XT requires at least a 300watt power supply but Shuttle makes quality power supplies, so I'm not too sure.

The rest of my rig is a A64 3000+, 2 dims of pc3200 ram, turtlebeach santa cruz soundcard and a IDE HDD.

Any ideas would be helpful.
