Power Supply Question

Are their any Drawbacks to having too much Power?

If I'm going to build a basic Mid range Gamer system --

1GB RAM
AMD 3200+
2 SATA Hard Drives
DVD R/W

... will a 430PS be good enough or will I want to move up to a 450 or 500?

haveing more then you need wont hurt anything, its just a waste of money

a antec True Power 430 would be great for that system
