Sorry if a bit off topic.

I just got a new power supply. its supposed to be a 420W but i have a feeling it might be a 350W.

I looked at the sticker but it doesnt say what wattage it is.

here is what it says:

voltage: 115/230V

current: 10A/5A

frq 60/50Hz.

anyone know what Watt it is? Anyone know a way i can find out?

thanks!

Edit: its a turbolink power supply. model # LC - a420atx

12 Volts

You have to provide the current ratings on the voltage output lines for us to tell you what the overall wattage rating is (you only provided the input specs). Watts = Volts * Amps.

Going by the model, LC - a420atx , it's a 420 Watt, although I don't think Turbolink is a good brand.

Every PSU is 115V/230V and 50/60 Hz; those are the two voltage and signalling speeds that are used worldwide; 115V in North America, for example, and 230V in Europe.

So, although I'm 99% sure your PSU is a 420W, I'm pretty sure Turbolink is a crap brand. In other words, a 350W Enermax would be much better/more stable than a 420W Turbolink.

I'd recomment Enermax or Antec for best results.

Edit: Also, this isn't a Video issue! Post this on the Cases/Cooling board next time, or even CPU/Processors and Overclocking.
