Power Supply Question

I leave my computer on 24/7 and have a Enlight 300w power supply currently that I bought over a year ago. In the past though, I've had my power supplies last me less than a year, even crappier ones. My question is, should I buy this one?

OrSilverstone

Or will this one be okay for another year or so?

I have a p4 3.0 HT
DVD-RW drive
1 Seagate Barracuda
floppy
3 case fans
Nvidia Geforce 4 TI 4200

The Enlight 360W unit is better built than the 300 or 400 enlight for some reason. Either that or the Silverstone would be very good choices to buy to have on hand for a replacement as needed.
. A decent PSU should last about 10 years with a few replacement fans and/or fuses along the way. I like to change my PSU fans over to manual control (most should work well with the 100 Ohm/2 Watt pot from bgmicro.com) because these new temp controlled fans tend to allow the PSUs to run too warm. That should extend PSU life substantially without adding too much noise.
