Power supply question

I'm fixing to be upgrading my computer, and I need to decide if I need to purchase a new power supply or not.

Right now I got a powermann 350 watt..

Once my new system is done i'll be running:
ABIT NF7-S v1.2
AMD 2100+ (I'm going to oc it of course)
2 sticks of 256mb corsair 3200 xms
vantec aeroflow (not to sure on this one yet)
16X DVD
CD burner
ati 8500 (oc'd)
1 WD 40 gig, and 1 WD 80 gig.
Audigy 1
ethernetcard....

will the powermann cut it, or do I need to buy a new power supply? We've got some extra antec 450's at work I can get, so it's really not a problem...just need to know if i need it

Thanks

350W is enough for your system, but I dont know how well that unit performs. Can you get the Antec for free or cheap? I would go with that if possible.

If that's an Inwin Powerman, it will do fine. Check the model #, if it starts with FSP, that's Fortron/Source Power (Sparkle)- good stuff, conservatively rated.
