Power Supply Question **Please Read**

Just about to build new system, 1.4ghz Athlon,Gigabyte GA-7DXR, one dvd drive, one HD plus two YS-TECH case fans.

I just brought the GlobalWin 802 case (what a fantastic case) I paid extra for the 350w supply, which is a Codegen.

Simply question:

Do I use it or fork out more money (which I obviously don't want to do!) for another?

The 350Watt will be enough for this system, but you might want to upgrade to a 400 Watt PSU once you start adding more HD's/interface cards.

Most PSU's work fine with an AMD system, BTW. I've got a PowerMan (never heard of ) PSU for my Duron system, which works fine.

Thanks alot, the only thing I am likely to add will be a cd-r in the near future, nothing else.

I've spent enough on this thing as it is (check my link in sig) didn't want to spend no more!!

But don't worry, if you stick around this forum for some time and read what others buy for their systems, then you'll be more than willing to spend more money on upgrades

I know it's kinda off topic but I don't spose u know how to turn 'my rig' link into a clickable link with a different name (not the www.myrig etc.).

I'm probably just being stupid but I can't find out how, is it just a bit 'o VB code?
