Power supply question for Antec p180/182

I'm steadily accumulating parts for a new q6600 build and I have a question for owners of Antec p180 or 182 cases: Increasingly PSUs have big fans at the bottom and sometimes no exhaust fan on the rear. If such a PSU (OCZ GamerXtream 700w for instance) is mounted in the lower chamber of an Antec p180/182 does airflow become a problem? It seems like it would be flush against the walls of the lower chamber, and thus possibly run very hot and loud. Anyone out there have experience with such a configuration?
