There are 350 watt PSU/s that are less useful than a merkin, just as there are 750 watt PSUs that are also junk. Whatever wattage you need, get a good one.

This would be probably be the absolute lowest I'd go. It's energy efficient and is quite cheap right now, especially since there isn't a MIR. It has 27A on the 12V rail and could even run an 8800gtx (see my link in my signature to see).

If you have a bigger budget than a Corsair vx450w PSU would be better w/33A on the 12V rail and it also has a 5 yr. warranty!

I assume you're asking because you already have the 350W PSU in your posession.

The answer would be: Depends on the 350W and it's age.
