Power supply purchasing...

So I'm going to need a new PSU soon, and am wondering which I should get:

a 420w Enermax which conforms to ATX 1.3 for ~$80 or
a 480w Enermax which conforms to ATX 2.0 for ~$125.

I'm not really sure about the differences between ATX 1.3 and 2.0 and their implications on future compatibility. Perhaps somebody could update me? I found the differences in the specs, but don't know which future products will REQUIRE 2.0 and when they will arrive. BTW, I also read up on BTX, but that'll probably be my next complete system (a few years down the road).

If it's only ATX 1.3 compliant, it must be a very old power supply; the 2.x spec has been in effect for quite some time now.

Sorry. The Enermax website says 2.0, but the box only says 1.3, so I assumed it was only 1.3 compliant. Well, I guess that means it's just between a 420w and a 480w... I'm thinking the 420w is the better solution right now. Any other opinions?
