power supply problems?

I tried to turn my fileserver on for the first time in a few months a few days ago and it wouldnt turn on.

So I took everything apart, thought the mobo was grounded or something and tried to get it started but it didnt. So I tried another PSU that I had laying around and even that did not work.

So I ordered a Sempron and a k8ne from newegg and tried it with my power supply just a few minutes ago. They still dont work 😕

What could I possibly be doign wrong? I have the power switch of the case plugged into the mobo, have the ATX connector plugged in, have the power supply plugged into the outlet, and it still doesnt turn on.

Could both of my power supplies have died?
 
Ok, I tried to jump both of the power supplies (wire into green hole and a black one) and neither of them started. So i guess both of them are dead somehow. Maybe I need a better UPS or something? Or maybe the basement is too damp? (No water but it gets humid when it rains a lot)

However none of my other equipment is damaged? Wierd.
 
Just ordered two new power supplies from Newegg. Should have them tomorrow (in NJ so they deliver real fast). Thanks for all the help 😉
