Hello,
I just built a new athlon 3500+ system. Everything is running fine but I noticed that my case temperatures were running hot. I installed some system monitoring tools and found out that the 12v output on my power supply is only running at 2-3volts!. At first I thought it must be a mistake because everything was running relatively smoothly, but then I starting thinking that maybe the only thing running at 12v are the case fans. If I stop the very slowly spinning fans in the case they don't have enough juice to even start back up on their own. I have to give them a little push to get them going again. Has anyone ever heard of this problem before? I am using an antex 480 true blue. I am planning on sending it back tommorow, but wanted to make sure it might not be some type of configuration error on my part.
