Power Supply Problem?

My specs are in my signature. It's a 300wt enhance power supply. I used to be able to set a vcore in the bios of 1.675 or so and it would run .02 lower than what I specified. Well now its running much lower. I can specify 1.75v and it will only hit 1.6v and wont move. It also seems to be getting lower over time. Its at 1.675v right now and its dipping below 1.6v on asus probe sometimes. I'm assuming its a power supply, but is there anything I should be worried about? Could it start effecting components if it goes bad on me?
 
Sure sounds like power supply to me...

My collegue here has just had his fail - to the point where the fan headers on the mainboard stopped outputting all current...

The system still runs, but drives need 2 or 3 attempts before they finish spinning up, fan headers dont work, system needs a reset sometimes to actually turn on...

Essentially the power supply reduces it's ability to output current. It'll still output the right voltage, but under load the voltage sags, indicating a lack of current (or aperes).

An overloaded power supply exhibits the same sort of symptoms...

What wattage is your PSU? What do you have hanging off it?

If it's overloaded, they do tend to decline - it's similar to overclocking, in that there's unnecessary strain on the components = heat = deterioration.
Which would have effects similar to what you describe; voltage rails declining.
