Power Supply Problem?

My computer has started shuting off or rebooting when ever it feels the need and I think it's probably the power supply. Everything was fine until I upgraded my hardrive and added a WebCam(USB). Also my secondary Hardrive doesn't always show up(Had to reboot).

I currently have an SH 300 watt power supply (Any Good)

My system is pretty packed:

PIII 700 (Usually overclocked to 1008 but came back to default for testing)
256mb ram
Voodoo5 5500
NIC
NIC
Adaptec 2930c SCSI Card
SB Live
56k Modem
Cd-rom
Cd-RW
floppy
zip drive
15 Gb ATA66 Hardrive
30 Gb ATA100 Hardrive
3 x 80mm fan
2 x 60mm fan
3 x 40mm fan
USB WebCam

Too much for a generic PS? I have disconnected my Secondary HD and the Webcam and haven't had any problems today. That's why I think I need a bigger PS.

Am I on the right track?

Thanks
